HTML emails are notoriously fickle. Given the vast numbers of options for email services, making sure emails look consistent across all services can be difficult.
Over the years I have managed to build an in depth understanding of how to code emails to ensure what is designed is accurately seen by the user.
Not only is this an issue on desktop, but it can become even more complicated when using mobile devices, given the huge variation in screen sizes.
Using basic HTML and CSS I have created consistent experiences across all devices and screen sizes, increasing the click rate across multiple platforms.
